Darby Wind Caves

“Darby Wind Caves is one of the most beautiful areas I have been to in this area. It is only an hour and a half drive from Rexburg and is must-see place. The short trek going in promises plenty of opportunities of picture worthy scenes. The end of the trail rewards you with a breathtaking view of forested valleys and a tall, misty waterfall that will cast a mini rainbow in the sunlight, just for you. The trail is a little over 6 miles, 3 going in and 3 back out. It starts out as medium-level difficulty as it has a gradual slope. The last half mile becomes more difficult as the slope becomes steeper, and if the trail is wet it makes it harder to get solid footing. But if you can push past that last little stretch, you won’t regret it!”
