Yellowstone is home to some of the coolest adventures around! Did you know that even with the setbacks of the events that occurred in 2020, Yellowstone National Park still attracted 3.8 million visitors? This isn’t surprising when you take into account all the incredible and unique things to do in this nearly 2.2 million-acre park. This popular outdoor destination will be the perfect place to bring your friends on your next weekend trip! Here are some activities in Yellowstone National Park that you won’t want to miss!


See the Incredible Geysers and Hot Springs

The geysers and hot springs at Yellowstone National Park are some of the most unique and memorable attractions at the park. In fact, Yellowstone has 60% of the worlds hot springs and geysers making it the best place to go for these amazing views.

Old Faithful

The Old Faithful Geyser is by far the most recognizable geyser of them all. The Old Faithful eruptions reach between 130 and 140 feet high with the water at temperatures of 203 degrees Fahrenheit. Old Faithful erupts about 20 times a day, so you’ll want to make sure that you stop by to see this amazing sight.


Check out the Wildlife

Yellowstone is full of amazing wildlife! The park is home to more wild animals than almost anywhere else in the U.S. And this is more than just birds and squirrels. At Yellowstone, you’ll see wolves, bison, bears, and more in their natural habitat.



Take a Hike

There’s nothing like enjoying nature and seeing all the beautiful views when you’re on a hike! At Yellowstone National Park, there are many great hikes to choose from. Here are some great ones to get you started:
